Customizations are something else, probably most users don't configure them, and I didn't mention them. If you don't see underlinings on the dialog's page, maybe on your system you need to hold down the alt key by itself to show the underlinings. Meanwhile, I'll assume the problem doesn't apply to newer LibreOffice versions until otherwise found.
