The Chapter name and number fields contains a main bug. If you need to put
these fields in the header you will find it never get level 2 (Heading 2 as the
help said) correctly.
More over, if you decide to put them in different document lines, you will find
that they give you different results on the same page which contains only one
Heading 1 and one heading 2
