I'm using portable apps software, it doesn't provide LO_multilang_all, only
LO_multilang_standart. And after latest updates I can`t find russian language
there. I don't want to download installer manually from site, PortableApps app
provides regular updates.
BTW Russian language is used by 300 millions people all over the world
