Hi,
I have a large document with hundreds of headings and subheadings.
The problem is when I produce the PDF version all of the bookmarks are expanded
by default making navigation difficult, at least for some users that don't know
how to collapse them, or that use Adobe Acrobat, which collapses all bookmarks
only under Level 1, leaving all of the subheadings expanded.
It would be very handy if all bookmarks were collapsed by default in the
exported PDFs, instead of having to use a PDF editor to collapse them all.
