Óvári <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEEDINFO |UNCONFIRMED Ever confirmed|1 |0 --- Comment #2 from Óvári <[email protected]> --- Thank you Beluga for your question. I believe that LibreOffice Online (LOOL) would *not* be enough. This feature could also benefit governments, nonprofits and community groups. Scenario 1: Audience both in the room and on the internet --------------------------------------------------------- Having an Impress presentation work in the Offline version would be beneficial as a presentation could be shown in to a room full of people at the same time as being streamed on the internet. If the internet for some reason goes down, the presentation could continue with the audience in the room as it is not hosted online. Scenario 2: Single monitor setup with Internet only audience ------------------------------------------------------------ Currently showing a presentation means sharing your screen or window. If you only have a single monitor, there is no way to: 1. show a presentation that the audience sees; and 2. have another place where the notes, time, next slide show that only the presenter sees. By having the presentation showing in a webbrowser tab it would enable the presentation and the notes to be seen at the same time.
