If you're looking for an answer to the last question then it is not a bug but
instead a user support request which should be on ask.libreoffice.org or on the
user mailing list.

That being said, I also don't see any reproducible steps.

Marking as NEEDINFO - please describe step by step how we get to see the
problem and then set to UNCONFIRMED. If you're looking for user support, please
close this as INVALID and ask on ask.libreoffice.org or the user mailing list.
