The toolbar "Form Controls" has two buttons on its right side to open the
toolbars "More Controls" respectively "Form Design".
If I close the toolbars "More Controls" or "Form Design" by clicking on their
x-buttons at the top-right the corresponding buttons of the toolbar "Form
Controls" do not change their state to "unpressed".
(I have attached a screenshot with the toolbars I'm talking about.)
