No matter what I do, I cannot separate them to that they display one below the other. BTW, this has nothing to do with the size of the viewport. I deliberately dragged the viewport smaller to show you. Usually, when pages display horizontally next to one another and one reduces the size of the viewport, the documents snap vertically below one another.
