In print preview and when printing, fields "Page Number" & "Page Count" (aka
"Page numbers" & "Statistics" - why the difference in terminology?) work as
intended - i.e. the values are calculated and the corresponding number is
inserted.
However, when 'Export to PDF' is used, the numbers do not calculate - the text
'Page numbers' and 'Statistics' appears instead.
