Currently we only inform whether the toolbar button like .uno:Bold is pressed
or released. Additionally, we need the information whether it is enabled or
disabled.
Probably needs extension of the protocol; and also change in the core, to send
such notifications. Hopefully should be similar enough to the pressed/released
notification mechanism.
