When we start with a cached document, it takes a considerable time before the
selection or search is available.
The idea is that when the user switches to the selection mode, or when he/she
enters the 'search' entry field, it is very likely that they want an operation
that needs real LibreOffice behind the scenes.
So let's implement a command usable from the JS that will trigger that :-) -
and plug that to the 'Editing' button, 'Selection' button, and the search
field.
