I got your attachment, opened this file by Firefox (through WebODF addon), I
found all these ligatures can be seen with Linux Libertine G, Free Serif,
DejaVu Serif, Linux Libertine O.

I have known that Firefox also use HarfBuzz on both Linux and Windows
