"Bad" Microsoft Excel 2003 file
You cannot view or edit the attached file.
Here's the list of problems:
1) LibreOffice 5.0 Calc will hang eventually while viewing this document (4.4.x
didn't hang so it's a regression)
2) The pluses on the left don't match the rows on the right (it's always been
like that)
3) Expansion and contraction of items are broken (it's always been like that)
Microsoft Office works with this file just fine.
