But not a bug, the file has fields with not paired quotation marks in some fields. Like in line 152737 00002;01;111414;Remtoebehoren;96028;"ABS WARTEL 3/8"" UNF (G)";00000000375 In the import window delete the quotation mark as text delimiter. In this way works fine for me.
