I put paragraphing headings in bold type, italicize and change the font color.
With release 5.0 for the first time the heading either disappears in whole or
in part or if it remains the heading, which is only a couple of words, is cut
up and put in multiple lines with the balance of the paragraph under the
fragment of the heading. To avoid the problem I don't italicize.
