Cloned from bug 62442.
It appears that with the update to 5.x release, the fixes that Tor provided in
that previous bug report have been lost or overwritten or somehow forgotten (or
else Apple has once again changed its Gatekeeper functionality).
Confirming comment 44 in bug 62442. Rather than reopen that bug, I have cloned
it to create this report.
