However, because the underlying cause of the problem has not been identified, there is no way of knowing when the problem will occur, or if it will occur with something else. I accidentally used a situation that got a wrong answer and was fortunate to notice it. When I experimented to find out the extent of the problem, I found that it was not predictable.
