This is very likely a duplicate of #93145 but, as I understand, you encourage
us to file separate bug reports and let you mark duplicates.
This is Ubuntu 15.04. I installed Libreoffice 5.0 from
ppa:libreoffice/libreoffice-5-0.
The sidebar icons that open the decks were missing. Icons in the bottom bar
are also missing. I solved the problem by installing:
libreoffice-style-galaxy
libreoffice-style-tango
