The attached document "sorenewals91sample", the result of a mailmerge, has no
odd numbered pages apart from page 1.
The mailmerge document itself is attached to my bug report from yesterday (this
form only allows one attachment) as StandingOrderRenewalLetter. It spreads
over more than one page due to the conditional paragraphs it contains.
I would expect the mailmerged document to contain pages numbered sequentially
from 1 to 5 with no missing numbers.
