window resize causes heavy and slow repaint
Resizing the LO window (Writer, Draw, ...) causes a heavy and very slow repaint
of the tool and sidebars and took up to 4 seconds to complete.
See attached video.
With LO 4.4 the repaint happens also, but was much faster. Therefore I think
it's a regression.
The Laptop has a low end CPU and GPU. (AMD Athlon II Neo K345 @1.4 GHz with
HD3200 IGP).
The regression is only under Linux. Under Windows 7 the LO 5.0 performance is
even slightly better than LO 4.4.
Under Linux I'm using KDE 4 (openSUSE 13.2). For the performance of LO 5.0 it
doesn't matter if I use desktop effects or not. Or use OpenGL or XRaster as
composit system. The kernel is 4.1.5.
The regression is also noticeable on my high end desktop system (Intel
i7-4770), however not so "impressive" as on the low end system.
