star tool popup menu goes in wrong direction
i opened LO Draw to try someting real simple (draw a polygon), so i was looking
for it under the "star" Tool (dropdown/popup tool at the bottom of the screen
on ms windows). there i can see that the popup menu is been drawn TOP DOWN or
DOWN to the windows task bar (in fact BEHIND it), while other popup tool menus
like this open up TO TOP into free space.
hard to explain by words. see attached screenshots .
