After doing the reproduction steps of
https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93517 I'm noticing that the
directory containing the macro library gets automatically created (if it got
deleted too) if Writer gets started and the error message is shown. It looks a
little strange to me that a non-existent directory is created on a reading
process.
