Though the preset shows that it will be applying 3.18cm to the outer field, it
doesnt actually set that value. The bug seems to be that its simply duplicating
the first value in the second part like it does with all the other tooltips,
when this tooltip cant do that.
Seems to be from the code imported from apache.
