Steps:
1) Rename an html or xml file as .svg (you can use the attached doc if you
like)
2) Open Writer
3) Insert the file as an image
4) No error shows up that its not an image

Instead it inserts a transparency image which can be resized and the toolbars
and sidebar changes as if it was a real image.
