This attachment is a document that exhibited the issue described. To reproduce the bug, try adjusting the position of the tab stop and the indents on the ruler on the lines containing items "3. Receive apologies a) b) c)" etc. using Libre Office Writer 5.0.0.5. Note: 1. this document has been edited since the bug was logged, and I haven't retested the issue. 2. the issue occurred on two different machines using the same file and install of Libre Office 5.0.0.5.
