Selecting a paragraph only selects the text in the paragraph. When I cut and
paste, or drag and drop the text, it leaves behind blank lines where the
paragraph was and adds the text to the paragraph I drop it into, instead of
moving the whole paragraph. Selecting a paragraph needs to select the paragraph
mark so it takes the space after the paragraph with it.
The only way I have found to select the entire paragraph is to position the
cursor at the left edge of the beginning of the next paragraph and drag
upwards. The selection box is then rectangular indicating it has the formatting
mark too.
