After changing into cell edit mode (pressing F2), the cells used in the formula
are not visually highlighted with a border.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Creat a sheet "Current Sheet Name" 
2. Select a cell in this sheet
3. Press F2 to switch into edit mode
4. Use a formula like this =AVERAGE('Current Sheet Name'.CN2:CN9)
Actual Results:  
CN2:CN9 are not surrounded by a border as they should
