Test EMF from WmfTest::testWorldTransformFontSize unut test
The attached EMF is from vcl/qa/cppunit/wmf/data/image1.emf, where it is used
as test doc for WmfTest::testWorldTransformFontSize unit test.
Starting from 5.0.0.0.beta1, it is opened without "SprintXX" and "Dev
Competition Forecast..." text. It still fails with 5.0.1.2.
It used to open normally up to 4.4.5.2 -> regression, adjusting priority
accordingly.
Tested under Win7x64.
