Steps to reproduce:
1. Open a large document (many pages) in Writer.
2. Select "View" -> "Web Layout".
3. Scroll down a ways in the document.
4. Either A) Resize the horizontal size of the window or B) Click on one of the
sidebar icons to expand the sidebar.
Result: The view is now showing somewhere else in the document, losing the spot
that was previously in view.
Expected result: The text that was at the top of the view before the window was
resized should remain at the top.
