What might help is to load soffice.exe in Dependency Walker, then "Profile - Start Profiling...", make sure "Use full paths when logging file names" and "Automatically open and profile child processes" are both enabled, "OK", then reproduce the problem in LO and in the "Dependency Walker - [SOFFICE.BIN]" window check the log area for errors while trying to instantiate the JVM.
