Eg: - Go to slide 4 - menu Slide Show/Slide Show Settings - just click "Ok" (so "All" option is still selected) Then go to slide 2 and try Shift-F5, it'll start to slide 4. Of course, if you click "Cancel" instead of "Ok" it doesn't take the slide into account.
