Text File - Imports with missing paragraphs.
I OCR'd a PDF of an old book, then cleaned it up in EditPad Lite using
search/replace and some RegEx.
When I load it into the latest LibreOffice Writer (5.0.1.2), paragraphs are
missing, and the Title (right at the top of the file) has some odd characters.
I load the same TXT file into Word 2007 and it's fine.
I suspect this might have to do with misreading the character encoding?
I've attached the file.
