When working with documents which have Input Help Tooltips enabled, Tooltips
don't dissapear after changing sheet and stay till Calc is running.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open file provided in attachment which has Input Help Tooltips enabled in
column "test1"
2. Tooltips are displayed when clicked on cell in column "test1" and disappear
if clicked outside. (desired behaviour)
3. Click on cell in column "test1" to display Tooltip and change view to
Sheet2.
4. Tooltip dosen't disappear and can't be dismissed if you go to Sheet1 and
click outside column "Test1".
