Just do it yourself: 1) open Writer, Calc or Draw, 2) Tools > Customize > Keyboard 3) up right select LibreOffice radiobutton (so the scope is all apps) 4) under Shortcut Keys select Ctrl+Shift+P (or your preferred Combo) 5) under Category choose "Insert" 6) under Function select "From File" 7) Click Modify button 8) Click OK Attention, in 3.5.3 there seems to be a bug: After assignign the key, you must leave the application and open a different (so if you did this in Writer, just open Draw once and test your Combo there, thereafter you can open Writer again and the Combo will work here too.
