The insertion happens but with a so low font size that it's near to invisible,
choose a high zoom scale and you can see it.
Seems the issue is the font inserting the comment, "MS Sans Serif" what is the
font for Default style, used when a comment is inserted, but such font it's not
installed or doesn't exist, at least in my Win10, the font that exist is
"Microsoft Sans Serif".
Changing the font for Default Style, and add a new comment, it's visible now.
Please do you know how the file was created, with LibreOffice, other
application?
