Steps:
1) Open GB_2013.docx in attachment 105410
2) Notice that the page margins are 0.00 on all sides
3) Save As a new file
4) Open up the new file
5) Notice the page top and bottom margins are 1.00
Regression as this worked correctly in 4.1.6. The saved document also doesnt
open in Word 2010 and gives the error 'Invalid parameter. Location: Part:
/word/document.xml, Line: 2, Column: 0'.
