Thanks for filing the issue, Freddy.

I confirm the problem.

When I remove 1.  from the title of heading 1, the hyperlink does work.
So from "1. Title 01" to "1 Title 01"

(Using Tools > Outline numbering looks handy to use here. Adding a dot as
separator after, doesn't conflict with the hyperlink)

Any idea if this problem occurred in earlier versions too?
