Without having the offending document it is impossible to know what happens.
If the document does not contains confidential data, please attach it to this
bug report. If it contains confidential data, you could do what follows:
1/ try to open the document on another LibreOffice installation
2/ try to open the document in AOO and save it again, then open in LO.
3/ say if you can send it _privately_ to a QA team member or a developer.
