As part of the evolution of the interface I suggest "File> Preview in Web
Browser" to be moved to sub-menu "File> Send> Preview in Web Browser""
Why:
- Consistent with the other items in this menu (sending in another application
/ module)
- Removing a separator (shortest File menu)
