Spreadsheet active tab

Certain UI elements, such as the currently active tab in Calc and Draw, as well
as some subsection headings in the preference panes, do not display correctly
in Mac OS X 10.10.5. It appears that LO is falling back on a symbol-only font.

This problem stretches back to 4.4 and earlier, and was fixable by unselecting
the "Use system font for UI" option in preferences, but on this version of LO,
the option has been removed.

I need a new way to fix this; already tried adding a font to the front of the
LocalizedDefaultFonts['en'] UI_SANS fallback list in the advanced
configuration, but that didn't seem to have any effect.

See attachments for examples of this font rendering bug.
