            Bug ID: 94176
Summary: Complete freeze in RDP (Remote Desktop) sessions /
                    Normal use just fine
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 4.3.7.2 release
          Hardware: x86 (IA32)
                OS: Windows (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: medium
         Component: UI
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Hi,

I just noticed that I cannot use LO Calc properly via RDP session. Setup:
Target/Host PC uses Win7 x32 + LO 4.3.7 DE / upgraded to current 4.4.5 EN-GB
during testing
Client PC uses Ubuntu 14.04 LTS + KRDC 4.13.0 + LO 4.2.8.2 from Ubuntu Repos

Events: I transferred some 100 cells of plain data from an editor of the client
to the host PC running Excel 2013, which worked fine. Upon noticing that this
information is not intended for workgroup sharing (for which I have to use
Excel), I felt the urge to use LO Calc instead. I therefore pasted the exact
same data into 4.3.7. A Calc window was already opened in background from a
local session, I just pressed Ctrl-V. Didn't notice if the window was frozen or
not, I just pressed the Hotkey after clicking the window.

a) RDP session crashed completely
b) After session restart, LO was frozen and had to be killed by task manager
c) I never was able to select a different cell than the default one when
starting a new instance of LO calc, nor use the menu, type in something, etc.
The main starter menu however works fine, same with the Base network wizard.

On upgrading to a current 4.4.5 from the website, this didn't change. I can
start up LO Calc, Writer, Impress, Draw, everything looks fine but freezes
immediately after start-up. All of them have to be killed by task manager,
there is no reaction to clicks whatsoever. Every other application on the PC
works fine, just LO is freezing. LO document recovery pops up as it should.

I set severity to major, as this is a 100% blocker on the entire LO, but in a
rare usage case. Feel free to change it ;)

92576 might be related, dunno, doesn't say much about freezes apart from the
bug title.
