Currently the sfx2 notification mechanism still uses a timer, which makes the
feedback of eg. zoom slider, buttons in the toolbar (enable / disable), etc.
ridiculously delayed:
sfx2/source/control/bindings.cxx , search for aTimer
It is annoying with the desktop app, but even more so with LOOL, as it by
itself already has some latency, and adding an unnecessary delay on top of that
is not good.
This should be changed to an Idle - so when there is nothing more important to
do, the updates should happen ~immediately.
