In Writer, when you select a chart, it shows area, wrap and position & size
content panels in the properties sidebar tab. But when exiting chart edit mode,
the properties tab is empty, though the chart is still selected.
The commit to remove the chart sidebar properties tab was solved, but it didnt
complete the issue.
