However, I did a new file. I made the paste drawing with synchronization not working. I then played around with the single objects: I copy and paste single elements, and edited them. And suddenly one element started to synchronize! I don't know what I made differently but on the attached file you can see both the elements which do not synchronize and ONE element which synchronize!!!
