on an alien laptop, using windows 10 pro 64 bit,
libre keeps telling me that my epson printer 7620 is offline.
all other software (such as notepad++) has no problem using the printer.
it worked beautifully until about a week ago. checking the printer via printers
and devices says the printer is fine.
