When using a Calc sheet as a database Writer ignores the second line when
printing ODTs in single-file-mode.
Furthermore, one has to specifically tell Writer which entries to print if you
choose single-file-mode and PDF as output file type. If one chooses "all",
Writer only prints the first DB-entry - but for every line in the DB.
Tested on Ubuntu 14.04.3 64bit
