Having used LibreOffice (and been delighted) for some time, I upgraded to
latest version, 4.4.5.2 this last week.
Whole program has become VERY slow, especially to close calc tables and
documents which can now take several minutes when previously was almost
instantaneous. Looks a lot more like Microsoft Office, which is not meant as a
compliment.
Previously very qucik and streamlined without the "bloatware" feel, but not
true for the latest version. Hopefully it is teething troubles of new version
which will be quickly resolved otherwise I will need to change to a completely
different integrated office system as this is too buggy and unstable to trust
at present.
Please keep the program simple and streamlined - that is one of your great
strengths!
