Buttons in red box do nothing when you click them
Summary:
Font Color and Background Color buttons in the Conditional Formatting dialog
(Base) do nothing when you click them.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Edit an existing Base report
2.) Select a text box to apply conditional formatting
3.) Select Menu > Format > Conditional formatting
[Conditional Formatting Dialog box appears]
4.) Select either the 'Font Color' or 'Background Color' buttons
[Nothing happens]
