Trailing, not leading ;-)

Which actually finds *every* content cell because it means "zero or more spaces
at the end of the cell content". For trailing spaces use " +$" where " +" finds
occurrences of at least one space.

That then attempts to replace up to 600899 cells, including generating undo
content for each cell, and later builds a list of all cells and their content
for the Search Results dialog.

Replacing the cells one by one and deleting cells for which the replaced
content is empty because only spaces were contained, which effectively changes
the column's storage type segments of the mdds tree cell by cell, seems to be
the memory exhausting step here. Apparently the mdds storage is heavily
stressed in this case.
