With the drawingbar (sorry, I use the german version) activated in earlier
versions of LO you could drag objects (3D Objects, smileys, legends etc) from
there with the mouse into your layout for further use. Even with all
combinations of ctrl, alt, shift etc not possible any more.
Some objects (arrows) work as usual

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Activate the DrawingBar under View
2. Select object (smiley, legend, 3D Object, etc)
3. Drag object into the document (also with ctrl, alt, shift buttons)
Actual Results:
nothing

selected object will appear in document for further use
